Rathmell Saunders, LLP is a practice dedicated to providing a variety of essential, yet affordable legal services to address the diverse legal needs of  families in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for the kind of legal help that most families need over their changing lives.  The appeal of a family-focused practice for Ms. Saunders  and Mr. Rathmell is the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the lives of real people. One of the most rewarding aspects about being an Attorney is the appreciation of a satisfied client. The goal of our legal practice is to provide a diverse set of legal services that can help a family as it grows and their needs change. We want to help our clients resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

AFFORDABLE:
Increasingly, hiring an Attorney is not an affordable option for a working family in the Bay Area. Consequently, many families are either attempting to undertake "do it yourself" legal action, or ignoring legal problems, hoping that they will just go away. Rathmell Saunders, LLP  was founded with the goal of making quality legal assistance a real option for these individuals. How do we do it? We keep our overhead costs low so that we can pass on the savings directly to our clients. We maintain a modest office where we are able to meet the needs of our clients without costing a fortune. 
  • We work & communicate whenever possible in a digital medium to avoid printing, which helps save space and paper. 
  • Instead of leasing a large office, typical of many San Francisco law firms, our small, centrally located  office provides a pleasant and private place to meet clients without costing a fortune.
We have also been known to work with clients who have demonstrated need at an even more reduced "low bono" rate. So feel free to come and talk to us and see if we can find a solution, both legal and financial, to your problems.

ACCESSIBLE:
Finally, we want getting legal help to be easy for the client.  Everyone works hard, and sometimes getting to an office for a consultation is just the sort of obstacle that prevents many people from obtaining the legal help that they need. Therefore, we do our best to meet with clients at times that work with their schedules, including evening and weekend meetings. We also ensure availability to our clients by phone and email. It doesn't help to have an Attorney if you can't reach them when you have a question.
